We are seeking a Construction Team Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction activities of our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with extensive experience in the construction field, capable of efficiently managing projects and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with specifications.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the construction activities of the team.
Ensure compliance with all safety and occupational health regulations and standards.
Plan, organize, and monitor the team's daily activities.
Prepare periodic reports on work progress and associated costs.
Interact with customers and other stakeholders to establish requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
Manage personnel issues and resolve team conflicts.
Ensure effective communication with team members and other departments within the company.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the construction field.
Strong knowledge of construction practices and occupational health procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to successfully manage personnel issues and promote a culture of safety and productivity within the team.
Advanced English language skills are an advantage.
