We are seeking a Construction Team Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction activities of our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with extensive experience in the construction field, capable of efficiently managing projects and ensuring timely delivery in accordance with specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the construction activities of the team.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and occupational health regulations and standards.

  • Plan, organize, and monitor the team's daily activities.

  • Prepare periodic reports on work progress and associated costs.

  • Interact with customers and other stakeholders to establish requirements and ensure their satisfaction.

  • Manage personnel issues and resolve team conflicts.

  • Ensure effective communication with team members and other departments within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the construction field.

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices and occupational health procedures.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to successfully manage personnel issues and promote a culture of safety and productivity within the team.

  • Advanced English language skills are an advantage.
